    Highland Project #1 Prep and stain 400 feet of split rail fence, 30 benches, and a dozen picnic tables. Remove loose stain by hand with a wire brush. Fence stain is a cedar color, while benches and picnic tables are a red color. Brush cutting is also needed along trails near the park.
